Skims
Basically, you can’t go wrong with anything from Skims. The brand is literally half my wardrobe these days. Comfy, but stylish lounge and casual wear, that is brilliant quality too. The items will last, but also make you look groomed and put together, even when just relaxing at home. Most people I know would love to open something from Skims under the tree.
Rhode Skincare
Simple, stylish, elegant packaging, with good quality, well researched products that actually work. The lip balms make amazing stocking stuffers, and the product range has been kept small, which I think reduces any overwhelm when considering your choices. Really great all rounders for anyone who is into skincare.
Antoinette Poisson Notebooks
If you want to give a gift that’s really special to open under the tree, you honestly can’t go wrong with a stunning Antoinette Poisson Notebook. Luxury at its finest. I always add one to my list each year, and they come in a variety of shapes and sizes, so there’s lots of choice.
Charbonnel et Walker Chocolates
There’s options for all budgets here, from mini heart boxes starting at £6, to huge treasure chest boxes. These are my favourite, favourite chocolate brand, the quality is unbeaten, and the presentation and beautiful packaging ensures that regardless of your budget, you’re gifting something that will make the recipient feel super special.
Hourglass Palettes
You can’t go wrong with an Hourglass palette for any beauty lovers in your life. Again, stunning packaging that looks and feels expensive, and is guaranteed to make the recipient feel very loved. Amazing quality too, and you don’t need to pile these on to get that show stopping effect.
Stanley Water Bottle
I don’t care if I’m falling into the basic crowd here, these are great quality bottles that are made to last. Bonus that they come in an array of colours and sizes to meet all tastes, and keep you looking on trend, whilst being extremely practical. Just make sure you’re buying from a reputable source, as there are now so many fakes around due to the exploding popularity of these bottles.
Toteme Scarf
Wool, or cashmere – Toteme’s quality is unmatched. Again, I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t love to unwrap a gorgeous scarf on Christmas Day, and with Toteme, you know you’re investing in a product that will last years in the wardrobe.
Byredo Choco Mascarpone Candle
A scented candle is always a safe option that goes down really well, but the limited edition Byredo offering really adds something special, as with all Byredo offerings, the scent on this is ridiculously strong, and I’m pretty sure anyone opening this as a gift would be wowed. It is on the pricey side though, so if you want to gift a beautiful candle that doesn’t cost the world, Space NK have recently re launched their own brand of candles, yes they are still expensive, but, they match the quality of the other more expensive well known brands, that you often think of when contemplating scented candles.
Anya Hindmarch Bespoke
Anya Hindmarch offer a bespoke service for lots of their items, trinket boxes, keychains, card holders, you name it. It’s a really easy service to use too, you simply jot down your note or design, email it across to them, and they’ll engrave it on an item of your choice. A really, really lovely and special touch for that special person in your life.
Ralph’s Coffee Merchandise
Nothing quite says festive like Ralph’s Coffee, and there’s lots of lovely merchandise on the Ralph Lauren website, for your homeware loving friends. Coffee mugs, flasks, tea sets… there’s a nice amount of choice, and these would really impress anyone who enjoys a hot drink in the winter months.
Jellycat Soft Toys
Adults, and children alike would enjoy opening something special from Jellycat. There’s so, so many options to choose from, and they make a lovely, special little gift for all ages.
Books
It goes without saying that you can’t beat the gift of a good book. Some of my favourites this year have been: The Ferryman, by Justin Cronin; You Could be Pretty by Holly Bourne; The Watchers by A.M. Shine; and Darling, by India Knight.
Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
Another product offering with so, so many flavour choices. These lip sleeping masks are popular for a reason, they really do a great job of nourishing and moisturising your lips, smell incredible, and come in beautiful little pots that look lovely on your bedside table.
Perfumer H, Ink
A bit of a splurge, but this perfume for the winter, well, you can’t beat it. It’s unusual, the quality is exceptional, and, if you have someone in your life that appreciates a nice scent – this one will really impress.
