Chocolate, Banana & Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl

Enjoy a healthy breakfast, or stack it and indulge in a guilt free decadent dessert… the choice is yours. This super healthy smoothie bowl takes just minutes to throw together, and tastes like heaven.

Ingredients

250ml coconut milk alternative

1tbsp cocoa powder

1tbsp peanut butter

2 frozen bananas

Fruit, nuts & seeds to top

Method

Blend the frozen banana, peanut butter, coconut powder and coconut milk together until smooth. It will resemble a soft ice cream texture.

Top with whatever you desire, I used strawberries, blueberries, almonds, mixed seeds, nut butter and pomegranate seeds (I’d especially recommend pomegranate seeds).
